The plane had been missing for a long time, and people had made legends about it. Dr. Landon’s team found the aircraft in the ice. They took pictures and were excited, but something inside the plane worried them.
Dr. Landon and his team took more photos of the plane in the ice and its size next to the remaining chunk of ice. While discussing what they had seen, they didn’t know that one of their pictures had captured something that would soon make them afraid.
Dr. Landon couldn’t believe what he saw in the photo. Something looked like it was inside the plane.
They thought it was a trick of light. His team followed his lead, even though Dr. Landon was unsure.
They split the group in half. One group would stay on the boat, watch the iceberg, and ensure the other group was OK. The other half, who would join Dr. Landon, would face something more challenging.
The boat landed on a snowy landscape.
As they went on, Dr. Landon looked for anything strange but saw nothing.
The plane was damaged. The front of the aircraft was torn open, and bits of debris were scattered everywhere.
The outside of the plane told a different story. There were odd scratches on the plane, too.
After finding out what they needed to know that day, Dr. Landon’s team went to the plane.
The team split into pairs and searched for the source of the whispers. Every shadow and piece of debris could be important.
Dr. Landon led the crew through the plane’s narrow corridors.
Joseph found a slightly open compartment and removed the plane’s black box. The team hoped that the device would help them understand what had happened in the aircraft during the last hours of its flight.
The crew took positions with binoculars and infrared cameras, scanning the horizon.
The investigators looked at the wreckage and saw the same strange marks Dr. Landon had noticed.
The ice was breaking up. Cracks spread outwards, with carved pieces showing that something had been going on recently.
The crew carefully searched the area around the wreckage.
The group met at the cave entrance, where the cold fog made it hard to see. They started to go down with their torches. The inner walls shone, reflecting the light from their torches. The air grew colder as they went deeper into the cave.
They stopped suddenly. They could see that the place had been used recently, with bowls, food, and a fire pit lying around.
As they went deeper, the crew felt watched.
They felt nervous as they got closer to the unknown.
They turned a corner and found a polar bear.
In the dim light, they saw her cubs behind the bear.
As they left the cave, the team stopped to rest and take a breath. This showed that nature is unpredictable and that habitat must be protected. The crew realized how important it is to respect wild animals and the places where they live.
